Reliability and durability from KV Process Controls' DRV valve

KV Process Controls now supplies a 3/2 way DRV valve that has a high resistance to contamination along with a switching frequency of up to 300 times per minute that is capable of handling the high frequency demands of automation applications.

Developed for low vacuum use, the device is used to control the air supply in mechanical handling situations such as suction cups for pick and place applications. Offering reliability and durability, the device is resistant to dust which is unique given that many vacuum valves cannot handle this type of contamination.

Available in orifice sizes of 12, 20 and 25mm, the DRV valve can be used to isolate, shut off or re-direct the vacuum in a number of applications including packing machines and conveyor systems in the steel and glass industries.
