Cartridge 08mm series.

"Micro-miniature solenoid valves".

This cartridge series represents a breakthrough for applications that require compact solutions combined with superior performance. Optimised to make a difference in applications that require savings in energy consumption, space & weight, the cartridge series is ideal for deployment in projects that need to control micro medical components as well as industrial & portable applications.

The pressure range is 0 to 8 bar and the devices are available in a large variation of pneumatic mounting patterns that adapt to most industrial requirements. Featuring high flow rates, extreme reliability, low electrical power consumption, fast response times, high cycling times combined with a life expectancy of hundreds of millions of cycles.

10mm Subbase Series

"High performance sub Micro size".
These 10mm miniaturized solenoid valves are among the best performers found on the market. The 10mm range is a solution to industrial applications requiring low energy consumption as well as gains in space and weight. These solenoid valves are available as 2/2 and 3/2 way valves, which are either normally closed, open, or bi-stable, which consumes almost no electrical energy.

Options:
Mounting: M3, M5 & sub base
Function: 2/2 & 3/2 NC, NO & UNI or Latch.
Orifice: 0.5mm to 2.0mm
Pressure: Vacuum -> 8 bar
Low power: 0.5 watt
Long life: 100 million cycles
Others: Integrated electronics, spike & hold circuits, surge suppression diodes, LED

15mm range.

"Micro size"

The 15mm range has revolutionized the world of solenoid valves. These solenoid valves are available as 2/2, 3/2 and 5/2 way valves.  Normally closed, open & universal as well as latching valves with almost no energy consumption. Direct or pilot operated valves, proportional valves, media isolated valves or tube-pinching valves, executed in an intrinsic safety version.

Options:
Mounting: M5, Sub base
Orifice: 0.5mm to 3.0mm
Pressure: Vacuum -> 25 bar
Low power: 0.1 watt
Long life: 100 million cycles
Fast response
Others: Integrated electronics, spike & hold circuits, surge suppression diodes, LED

22mm range.

"Miniature versatility"

The 22mm range of solenoid valves, are available in 2/2 and 3/2 way valves, normally closed, open or universal, direct acting valves or Media isolated valves for corrosive media.
The range features various subbase patterns. They represent an excellent quality/price ratio for pressure range of up to 40 bar.

Options:
These valves are also available with or without manual override and in latching configuration.
Mounting: M5, G1/8, CNOMO, Sub base
Orifice: 0.5mm to 4.0mm
Various body & seal options
Large voltage range: 6vdc to 230 vac

32mm range.

"High pressure compact"

The 32mm range is made of solenoid valves demanding high-performance pneumatic or hydraulic applications where operating at pressures of up to 140 bars or at high vacuums of up to 10-6 [Torr] with leak rates of 10-12 [mbar*l/s].
These valves are manufactured as 2/2 and 3/2 way valves, normally closed, open or universal, latching and as direct acting or pilot operated valves. Media separated versions for use with corrosive or ultra-pure fluids as well as several types of sub-base fittings and mountings are also available.

Options:
Mounting: G1/8 up to G2, Sub base
Orifice: 0.8mm to 45mm
Pressure: Vacuum -> 200 bar

Servo Assisted.

"High flow - Low power consumption".

Many versions are available in servo assisted format to allow each valve to achieve very high flow rates whilst keeping the overall body & power consumption to a minimum. This technique is used to its optimum when combining a low power latching solenoid valve with a servo assisted body, to provide significant lifetime operations from a single battery source.

Latching Valves.

"Ideal for battery operated devices".

Latching versions of all series units have been developed for controlling media within portable instruments such as gas detectors and other hand held instruments. Normally controlled by a battery source, latching valves consume no energy in the latched position, therefore power consumption is minimal.

Media Separated Valves.

"Aggressive contaminated media".

Valves incorporating media-separated designs are available in many configurations of the different sized series. The special design prevents the controlled media from coming into contact with the internal mechanism of the valve. This enables the valve to control sensitive or aggressive media without cross contamination to either the media or the control valve itself.

Proportional Valves.

"Electronic flow control"

By varying the control voltage, the gaseous media flow can be controlled proportionally to the electrical signal. These proportional valves are designed to offer minimal hysteresis thereby providing accurate flow control outputs. Flow rates from 0 to 120 L/minute can be achieved.

ATEX approved Intrinsically Safe.

"100 milliwatt power consumption".

Within the 15mm series of solenoid valves we are able to offer miniaturised low power intrinsically safe solenoid valves. These valves are ideal for use within potentially hazardous areas particularly within the pharmaceutical & chemical industries.
