For forty years, coaxial valves have formed a tried and tested element in the control of vacuums and gaseous, liquid, gelatinous, abrasive, contaminated, and aggressive media.
The coaxial valve design allows - as compared to conventional valves - high pressure media to be controlled at high flow rates. Our coaxial valves are available in 2/2 way or 3/2 way versions with threaded or flanged connections. The valves are actuated either by direct-acting solenoid or externally controlled.

They feature complete pressure balancing, so that any inlet pressure has no effect on the valve's switching characteristics. PCS + PCD are 2/2 way valves. The plain abbreviations conceal a new, pioneering range of valves with multifunctional capabilities and a virtually unlimited range of applications. The advanced cartridge construction principle ensures a cost- and space-saving installation, also custom-made valve bodies or modular assembly. Further it allows the direct integration of the valve into pumps, machines, and systems and offers the possibility of easy replacement of valves without dismantling the whole unit. The valves are externally controlled by a pneumatic or hydraulic actuation.

Pilot asisted NC or NO
Directly controlled and pneumatically actuated pressure control valves provide continous, stepless pressure regulation. Adjustment time between pressure settings is less than one second. Regulated pressure remains constant regardless of system conditions. Pneumatically actuated pressure control valves are adjusted by either proportional control valve (requires 0 - 10 V control signal) or manually. Complete isolation of the control section from the media makes them insensitive to dirt.

The stepping motor actuated valve type RMQ serves as a positioning valve that provides high accuracy and repeatability - regardless of the working pressure. Due to the low hysterisis, very precise flow rates can be achieved under constant working pressures.
